Title: Pork Chops Sweet Potatoes and Apples

Yield: 2 Servings

2 3 or 4 pork chops; depending on size
  Salt and pepper; to taste
2lgCooked sweet potatoes; peeled, cut in 1/8s
1lgCooking apples; peeled and sliced, (up to 2)
1/4cBrown sugar
1/8tsCinnamon
1/8tsNutmeg
1/4cWater

In electric frypan or large skillet, brown pork chops in Pam. Salt and pepper to taste. Move chops to one side of pan. Add sweet potatoes and apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add water. Cover and cook over Low heat until apples and potatoes are tender. Spoon syrup over all as served. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn. com
